• Master of Science (Early Childhood Education) Wheelock College, Boston, USA

Pat has over ten years of working experience in the field of early childhood education. As a principal in many childcare and kindergarten settings, she had vast opportunities to work with staff and families. She values open and effective communication, positive work attitude, mutual trust and respect as important elements in healthy work relationships.

Pat's vision is to see young children grow into confident and competent individuals and team players in the 'big world'. Her mission is to train and mentor teachers, to bring out the best in each teacher, so that they can support children in acquiring relevant, meaningful knowledge and skills. She believes kindergarten and childcare teachers need professional development through on-going training programmes and an effective mentoring scheme. Pat's area of specialization is in Art and Craft education.
